Making a Difference
Welcome to my space where your voice truly matters. Here, we stand together to address the pressing challenges in our society, and together we can bring meaningful change to our justice system.
StillWeRiseSAS is a survivor-led movement to elevate voices, honor stories, and reform Oklahoma’s sexual assault laws.
Explore what I offer
Explore my platform where every story can be heard, and voices have the power to create change. Here, you can learn, share your experiences, and join a community advocating for stronger justice in cases involving non-physical evidence in sexual assault investigations.

I am a sexual assault survivor who has not seen justice because of delayed reporting and no physical evidence. With your help, we can change the law to recognise non-physical evidence as equally valid proof of sexual assault. I am striving to ensure that prosecutors cannot decline cases solely because there is no physical evidence.

I would be honored to hear your story, if and when you feel ready to share. If your case was denied due to a lack of physical evidence or delayed reporting, your experience can help inspire meaningful change. Your privacy matters — all stories and names will remain fully confidential

Your voice should be heard. When survivors speak their truth, we shine light on the injustice we’ve faced and push for the change we deserve. If you want to advocate for stronger laws around non-physical evidence, greater transparency from law enforcement, and improved handling of officer-involved sexual assault investigations, I invite you to connect with me.
Together We Rise
Did you delay reporting your sexual assault? I did too.
There are many valid reasons survivors wait to report — fear, shock, trauma, safety concerns, or simply needing time to process what happened. These reasons deserve to be understood and recognized in the eyes of the law.
Did you have no physical evidence to provide? I didn’t either.
District attorneys often view the absence of physical evidence as a barrier to winning a case, even though non-physical evidence can be just as meaningful, credible, and deserving of justice.
If you relate to these experiences, your voice can help drive real change.
I’m working to pass three legislative bills that would reform how sexual assault cases are investigated and evaluated — especially in situations involving delayed reporting or non-physical evidence.
If you feel comfortable, please contact me. Your experience can help change the future for other survivors.

How can your testimony ignite change?
It is not fair for survivors to be denied a criminal prosecution simply because there is no physical evidence.
A district attorney should not be the final barrier to justice—a jury should have the opportunity to hear the truth and decide accountability.
When survivors share their experiences of being denied prosecution, it reveals just how deeply the current laws have failed us. Your story shows lawmakers the real, human impact of these gaps in the system. By gathering these testimonies, we can push for the approval of new laws that protect survivors and recognize the reality of sexual assault cases.
